Executive. Founder. Speaker.

A panel discussion with an audience in a modern glass-walled room.

I didn’t study transformation. I led it.

For 30 years, I worked inside one of the world’s largest financial institutions, starting as a high school intern and finishing as a Senior Vice President. The titles changed, but the work always involved the same core challenge:  moving people through change they did not ask for, at a pace they could not control, with consequences they could not afford to ignore.

Thirty Years. Real Stakes.

Digital Disruption

My most visible work was leading the 2020 pandemic-driven digital disruption to enable, train, and support 14,000+ employees across 20 countries with the technical capabilities needed to keep the business moving. My most rewarding program was directing the migration of 6,000+ employees worldwide to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. It was a three-year program with a $25M budget and a forty-percent adoption lift. Everyone remembers the numbers and the platforms, but I remember the adoption. Because adoption is a teaching and listening problem, not a technology problem. I design for the people, with honest communication, practical training, and enough transparency to earn people's trust in the change.

The AI Rollout

In my final year, I led the firm’s first generative AI rollout in a regulated financial environment. That meant earning regulatory approvals, building responsible-use frameworks, and training a workforce that ranged from enthusiastic early adopters to people who didn’t trust the technology and said so. From compliance, risk, and legal to sales, customer service, and back-office operations, I understand both ends of the spectrum and everything in between.

Professional Pivot 360

Before digital transformation became the center of my work, I worked across London, Dublin, Luxembourg, and Chicago during the post-economic-crisis period marked by major regulatory change. I managed a portfolio of hedge fund clients with $3.6B in assets. I built the firm’s corporate social responsibility practice and regularly presented to the Board Strategy Committee and the CEO. Thirty years is a long time to do one thing, and I used it to pivot frequently, functionally, and geographically to explore and understand how large organizations actually work, not how they’re supposed to.

Speaking from the Frontline

That is why I speak about transformation differently. I do not speak about AI, digital strategy, or workforce change from the sidelines. I speak as someone who has led the work, absorbed the resistance, managed the risk, trained the teams, and stayed accountable for whether the change actually worked.

I am a Professor of Practice at heart. I translate 30 years of global strategy into practical pedagogy for the next generation of leaders. Currently exploring adjunct faculty roles in Business Management, Leadership, and Digital Transformation.
